For licensed Texas agents

How much of last year’s commission did you actually keep?

At Imperio your brokerage fee is a flat $250 per closing, capped at 12 closings a year*. No monthly fees. And you sit down with our broker in person — here in the Valley, not on a Zoom link.

Takes 30 seconds. No obligation, no pressure.

The offer

What the $250 actually covers

One flat fee when you close. That is the only bill Imperio sends you — there is nothing due in a month you don’t close.

Flat $250 per closing

A flat brokerage fee, not a percentage. It doesn’t grow when your commission does.

No monthly fees

No desk fee, no franchise fee, no technology fee. A slow month costs you nothing.

In-person training

Sit down face to face and go through your contracts, your files and your business — at Imperio’s office in McAllen.

Your brand stays yours

Market yourself, not a franchise logo. Your name leads; Imperio is the broker behind it.

Set your own commission

You decide what you charge your client. Nobody sets a ceiling for you.

Paid at closing

Your commission comes to you at the closing table — not whenever the office cuts checks.

What the $250 buys you

Most flat-fee brokerages hand you a login and wish you luck.

We’re in the Valley. You sit down with our broker — in person — and walk through your contracts, your files and your business. That is what the $250 buys that a cloud brokerage structurally cannot sell you.

What’s the catch?

So what don’t I get?

A franchise logo on your business card, and a desk in an office you’d never sit in. You get everything you need to close a transaction, and you keep the rest of your commission.

Is this a cloud brokerage?

No. Most flat-fee brokerages are a login, a help desk and a Facebook group. Ours has a broker in the Valley you can sit across a table from.

How hard is it to switch?

Changing your sponsoring broker is a TREC form, and it is quicker than most agents expect. The part worth talking through is your pipeline — in Texas your listings are held by your current broker, and your pending deals are governed by the agreement you signed with them. We go through both with you on the call, before you commit to anything.
